Seller Terms & Agreement

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on PixiPeek, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid PixiPeek account in good standing
• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Have a valid Canadian bank account for payouts

2. Listing Requirements

When creating listings, sellers must:

• Provide accurate, honest descriptions of items
• Disclose all flaws, damage, or wear
• Use original photos of the actual item being sold
• Set fair, reasonable prices
• Only list items you legally own and can sell
• Comply with our Prohibited Items policy

3. Fees & Commission

PixiPeek charges a 10% commission on all sales. See our Fees & Pricing page for complete details.

• Listing items is free
• Commission is deducted when a sale is completed
• Commission applies to both regular sales and Live Show auctions

4. Shipping Obligations

Sellers are required to:

• Ship items within 3-7 business days of receiving an order
• Use a shipping carrier that provides tracking
• Upload tracking information to the order
• Package items securely to prevent damage
• Ship to the address provided at checkout

5. Payouts

How and when you get paid:

• Funds are held until buyer confirms receipt OR 3 days after delivery
• Once released, payouts are sent to your connected bank account
• Standard payout timing is 2-3 business days
• You must have a valid Stripe Connect account for payouts

6. Returns & Disputes

Sellers must:

• Respond to return requests within 48 hours
• Honor valid return requests per our Returns Policy
• Cooperate with PixiPeek during Buyer Protection investigations
• Accept responsibility for items not matching their description

7. Seller Conduct

Sellers must maintain professional conduct:

• Communicate respectfully with buyers
• Respond to messages in a timely manner
• Never share false or misleading information
• Never attempt to complete transactions outside PixiPeek
• Follow our Community Guidelines

8. Live Show Selling

When hosting Live Shows, sellers must:

• Accurately describe items during the live stream
• Honor all auction results - winning bids are binding
• Maintain appropriate conduct during broadcasts
• Comply with our Live Show Terms

9. Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Reporting income from sales on PixiPeek
• Collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes
• Complying with all tax laws in their jurisdiction

10. Account Suspension

PixiPeek may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Repeated policy violations
• Selling prohibited items
• Fraudulent activity
• Multiple valid Buyer Protection claims
• Failure to ship items
• Abusive behavior toward buyers or staff
