• Use polite, professional language in all communications
• Respect others' opinions and preferences
• Give constructive feedback, not personal attacks
• Remember there's a real person on the other side

2. No Harassment

Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited:

• No bullying, intimidation, or threats
• No stalking or unwanted contact
• No sharing others' personal information (doxxing)
• No targeted campaigns against individuals
• No sexual harassment or inappropriate advances

3. No Discrimination

PixiPeek is an inclusive community. We do not tolerate discrimination based on:

• Race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
• Religion or beliefs
• Age or disability
• Any other protected characteristic

4. Honest Communication

Maintain honesty in all interactions:

• Provide accurate information in listings
• Don't mislead buyers about item conditions
• Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Don't post fake reviews or ratings
• Don't spread false information about other users

5. Live Show Conduct

When participating in Live Shows (as host or viewer):

• Keep chat conversations respectful and on-topic
• No spam or excessive self-promotion
• No inappropriate or offensive content
• Respect the host and other viewers
• Don't disrupt auctions or bidding
• Hosts must maintain family-friendly content

6. No Spam

Keep the platform clean and useful:

• Don't post repetitive or duplicate listings
• Don't send unsolicited promotional messages
• Don't flood chat with repetitive messages
• Don't use bots or automated tools to interact

7. Keep Transactions on PixiPeek

For everyone's protection:

• Complete all transactions through PixiPeek
• Don't ask buyers to pay outside the platform
• Don't share personal payment information
• Don't try to circumvent platform fees

8. Protect Your Account

Keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Don't share your login credentials
• Don't access others' accounts without permission
• Report suspicious activity immediately

9. Content Standards

All content (listings, photos, comments, Live Shows) must:

• Be appropriate for all ages
• Not contain nudity or sexually explicit material
• Not contain graphic violence
• Not promote illegal activities
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the "Report" button on listings, messages, or profiles
• Block users who are harassing you
• Email us at support@pixipeek.com
• Provide screenshots or evidence when possible

11. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning notification
• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Legal action (in severe cases)
