Live Show Terms

1. Binding Bids

By placing a bid, you agree to:

• Purchase the item if you are the winning bidder
• Have your payment method charged automatically when you win
• Complete the transaction - bids cannot be retracted

2. No Bid Retraction

Once you place a bid:

• You cannot cancel or retract your bid
• You are committed to purchasing if you win
• Repeated bid retractions or non-payment may result in account suspension

3. Automatic Payment

When you win an auction:

• Your saved payment method will be charged automatically
• You must have a valid payment method on file before bidding
• Failed payments may result in auction cancellation and account penalties

4. Buyer Protection for Live Auctions

While winning bids are binding commitments, you still have buyer protection:

• 3 days from delivery to report issues (or until you accept the order)
• Coverage for items significantly not as described during the live show
• Coverage for items that never arrive
• Coverage for counterfeit items (when sold as authentic)

Note: Once you accept your order, you cannot file disputes or request refunds. The seller will be paid immediately upon acceptance.

5. Payment Method Requirements

Before participating in Live Show auctions, you must:

• Have a valid payment method saved to your account
• Have a valid shipping address on file
• Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds

6. Host Responsibilities

Live Show hosts must:

• Accurately describe all items during the live stream
• Show items clearly and from multiple angles
• Disclose any flaws, damage, or wear
• Honor all auction results without exception
• Ship items within 3-7 business days of the auction
• Maintain family-friendly content at all times

7. Prohibited Host Conduct

Hosts may not:

• Shill bid (bid on their own items)
• Manipulate bidding through fake accounts
• Misrepresent item condition or authenticity
• Cancel auctions to avoid selling at low prices
• Show inappropriate or offensive content
• Harass viewers or other participants

8. Viewer Conduct

Viewers and bidders must:

• Behave respectfully in chat
• Not spam or disrupt the show
• Not harass the host or other viewers
• Bid only when intending to purchase
• Follow our Community Guidelines

9. Auction Mechanics

How auctions work:

• The host sets the starting price for each item
• Bidders place increasingly higher bids
• Auctions may auto-extend when bids arrive near the end
• The highest bidder when time expires wins
• The winner is charged immediately

10. Technical Issues

PixiPeek is not responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues during bidding
• Device malfunctions that prevent bidding
• Delayed bid submissions due to network latency

11. Recording & Rights

By hosting a Live Show, you grant PixiPeek the right to:

• Display your live stream to viewers
• Store and replay content for quality purposes
• Use clips for promotional purposes (with notice)

12. Participant Removal

PixiPeek may remove participants from Live Shows for:

• Violating these terms or Community Guidelines
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Repeated non-payment after winning auctions

13. Fees

The same 10% commission applies to Live Show auction sales as regular sales.
