Prohibited Items Policy

⚠️ Listing prohibited items may result in immediate account suspension and removal of listings.

The following items are prohibited from being listed or sold on PixiPeek. This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

1. Counterfeit & Replica Items

  • Fake designer items or knockoffs
  • Items with counterfeit logos or branding
  • "Inspired by" or replica items
  • Items misrepresented as authentic

2. Weapons & Dangerous Items

  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Knives and bladed weapons
  • Explosives and fireworks
  • Martial arts weapons
  • Pepper spray and tasers
  • Any item designed to cause harm

3. Hazardous Materials

  • Flammable liquids and gases
  • Toxic substances
  • Radioactive materials
  • Chemicals and solvents
  • Batteries (certain types)

4. Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia

  • Illegal drugs and controlled substances
  • Prescription medications
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Items promoting drug use

5. Adult & Explicit Content

  • Pornographic materials
  • Adult toys and devices
  • Sexually explicit content

6. Intimate Apparel & Hygiene Items

  • Used underwear and intimate apparel
  • Used swimwear (bottoms)
  • Used cosmetics and makeup
  • Used personal hygiene products
  • Used socks (unless cleaned/sanitized)

7. Stolen & Illegal Items

  • Stolen property
  • Items obtained through fraud
  • Items you don't have the legal right to sell
  • Government-issued IDs and documents
  • Items that violate any laws

8. Recalled & Unsafe Products

  • Products subject to manufacturer recalls
  • Items banned by Health Canada or other agencies
  • Unsafe children's products
  • Items with known safety defects

9. Animals & Wildlife

  • Live animals
  • Endangered species products
  • Ivory and ivory products
  • Items made from protected animals

10. Hate & Offensive Items

  • Items promoting hate or discrimination
  • Nazi memorabilia
  • Racist or offensive imagery
  • Items that promote violence

11. Other Prohibited Items

  • Tobacco and vaping products
  • Alcohol
  • Gift cards (except in specific circumstances)
  • Lottery tickets and gambling items
  • Human body parts or remains
  • Lock-picking devices
  • Surveillance equipment

12. Intellectual Property

Do not list items that infringe on others' intellectual property:

  • Unauthorized copies of copyrighted works
  • Bootleg recordings
  • Pirated software
  • Unauthorized reproductions

If you see a listing that violates this policy, please report it:

Listing prohibited items may result in:

  • Immediate listing removal
  • Account warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal items)
