Returns & Refunds Policy

PixiPeek is a peer-to-peer marketplace. All items are sold by individual sellers, not by PixiPeek directly.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are available for eligible purchases based on the item's sale price:

Items Under $50 CAD

Not eligible for returns. All sales are final for items priced under $50 CAD.

Items $50 CAD and Above

Eligible for returns subject to a 30% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery OR until you accept the order (whichever comes first) to initiate a return request. Once you accept your order or the 3-day window closes, all sales are final.

⚠️ Important: Accepting your order closes the return window immediately. Make sure to inspect your items before accepting.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Include all original tags and packaging (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of use, damage, or wear

4. Return Fees

For eligible returns ($50 CAD and above):

  • 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Buyer pays return shipping - you are responsible for shipping the item back to the seller
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items priced under $50 CAD
  • Items from orders you have accepted
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 3-day window

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to your Orders page within 3 days of delivery
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and provide a reason
  4. Wait for seller approval (sellers have 48 hours to respond)
  5. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  6. Your refund (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be processed once the seller receives and inspects the item

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

  • File a claim through our Buyer Protection program within 3 days
  • No restocking fee applies for valid "not as described" claims
  • We may cover return shipping for verified cases
