1. Shipping Timeframe
Sellers are required to ship items within 3-7 business days of receiving an order. This timeframe allows sellers to properly package items and arrange shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Sellers will provide tracking information once the item ships
- You'll receive an email notification when your item ships
2. Tracking Requirements
All shipments must include tracking. Sellers are required to:
- Use a shipping carrier that provides tracking
- Upload the tracking number to the order
- Ship to the address provided at checkout
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by individual sellers and are displayed at checkout. Factors that may affect shipping costs include:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping distance
- Shipping speed selected
- Whether the seller offers free shipping
4. Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and service selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, and other factors.
5. Shipping Within Canada
PixiPeek primarily serves buyers and sellers within Canada. Most sellers ship via:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- FedEx
- Purolator
6. International Shipping
International shipping availability depends on individual sellers. If a seller offers international shipping:
- Additional shipping fees will apply
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Delivery times will be longer than domestic shipping
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact the seller first to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, file a claim through our Buyer Protection program
- You have 3 days from the expected delivery date to report issues
8. Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PixiPeek and sellers are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to update address before shipment
- Packages returned due to delivery failures
